1) Quick check-in and arrival

We’ll ask a couple questions about what you’re noticing—like when the problem started, whether it’s one room or the whole house, and if anything changed recently (power outage, filter cleaning, heat wave, etc.). Then we show up ready to diagnose.

2) Diagnosis and options

After we inspect the system, we’ll explain what’s going on and what it means.

A few real-world examples:

• If your ductless runs but doesn’t cool, we’ll check refrigerant levels, sensors, coils, and airflow.
  
• If you’re getting water on the wall or floor, we’ll inspect the drain line and internal components.
  
• If the unit ices up, we’ll confirm whether it’s airflow, refrigerant, or an underlying performance issue.
  

Then we’ll walk you through repair options and pricing before moving forward.

3) Repair and final test

Once the work is done, we test the system to make sure it’s cooling properly, draining properly, and running efficiently—so you’re not dealing with the same issue again next week.
