I was in a tough spot when my hot water heater quit. I had SMHC come have the very next day. I was in need of a new hot water system as well as a water softener. The salesman was very helpful in figuring out a solution to my problem. Linzee was extremely helpful in facilitating my install, and getting everything lined up. My experience was nothing short of exceptional excellent customer service. Starting from the Sales Rep - Marshall and to Linzee for the Account Setup and the two gentlemen for the Installations Colin Van + Rob. The team did great and gave me a soft landing. Colin V + Rob did the installations in a record time and they were very professional. The job was neat and looked crisp & sweet! :) They both spent quality time to answer all my questions. Knowledgeable guys! I love the wifi and app integration to the water softener. I’m so impressed with the whole process. I’d recommend Ecowater to my friends and anyone looking for a good solution. I’d not say it’s a cheap system. I did shop around and had 4 competitors of water softeners visit my home and Ecowater turn out to be twice expensive ish, but I ended up with it. I did an honest comparison and they tick all the box, including quality of product, modern technology, plus wifi access for ease management and notifications. I love it!

I had SMHC install a radiant heater in my shop, they were great to deal with from start to finish. They came by took measurements went over various options to get the heat working in my shop and sent me multiple quote options. Once decided what I wanted installed they had me scheduled for the next week. The install crew was great incredibly tidy, they even worked late to get it finished same day. Well, we smelled strong fumes outside exhausting from my furnace, so I googled for help. I came across Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort (SMHC) and contacted them based on their reviews and I am glad I did. Scheduled a diagnostic service call and Technicians James and Eekim came and with their experience knew exactly what the problem was and confirmed my heat exchanger is cracked. Lucky for me warranty covered the replacement for the new exchanger as this was a premature failure. SMHC took care of everything for me with a very quick turnaround time. Removing and replacing a furnace heat exchanger is no small job and most of the furnace needed to be dismantled to get the old exchanger out and the new exchanger installed and then put everything back together again. James & Eekim did an amazing professional job and I highly recommend you do not hesitate to contact SMHC for all your HVAC needs.
