Information you give us When you book a service, request an estimate, fill out a contact or quote form, chat with us on our website, call us, or email us, we may collect:

• Information needed to process rebate or financing applications, if you choose to apply

• Service providers that help us run our business, including our scheduling and customer management system (Housecall Pro), website chat and lead-handling tools, call tracking and lead reporting tools, website form and spam-protection tools, and analytics and advertising platforms (Google and Meta). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
• Equipment manufacturers, to register warranties on equipment we install.
• Rebate program administrators, when you ask us to apply for a rebate on your behalf.
• Financing partners, when you choose to apply for financing.
• Our sister companies, Ducts on the Run and ON Point HVAC Designs, only when you ask us to connect you with their services.
• Authorities or other parties, where required by law.

Some of our service providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, understand how visitors use the site, and measure and improve our advertising. These include:
