I woke up Sunday morning to a cold house Called SMHC and they sent a tech. He arrived when they said he would and got right to checking for the problem. He identified the fault and part causing the furnace to not fire and actually had the part in his vehicle. Got right to replacing it and had me up and running within an hour. Really lucky to getthe help we did on our Lennox heating and air. We had a water leak comimg fro the unit. We called and got service the next day. Really friendly informative tech came. Found out the external water drain line was clog was plug. Total time and total checking every was just and hour and a half. Got some great info for future to avoid issues like this.
